鳥取砂丘は、鳥取県鳥取市の日本海海岸に広がる広大な砂礫地で、代表的な海岸砂丘です。
山陰海岸国立公園の特別保護地区に指定されており、南北2.4km, 東西16kmに広がります。
観光可能な砂丘としては日本最大で、一般に立ち入れない場所も含めると、猿ヶ森砂丘に次ぐ規模を誇る鳥取の代表的な観光スポットです。らくだライドを体験でき、近くに砂の彫刻美術館もあります。周辺にはおみやげ物店やビジターセンターも多数あり賑やかな観光スポットです。

Tottori Sand Dunes
Tottori Sand Dunes is a vast gravel area on the coast of the Sea of Japan in Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture, and is a typical coastal dune.
It is designated as a special protection area in Saninkaigan National Park, and extends 2.4km north-south and 16km east-west.
It is the largest tourist spot in Japan and is the second largest tourist spot in Tottori after Sarugamori Sand Dunes, including places that are not accessible to the general public.
